Book Review: Everything Stolen by Sophia Scarlet

OMG! I loved this book so much! It's so good!
It made my heart ache with sadness, swell with love and break with sorrow. Luckily it got patched back together at some point.

I thought of so many possibilities where this story's going and even though I hoped and rooted for one guy, I just wasn't sure. I even felt really bad for what I was wishing and after some turn of events I was so upset because I got so attached to this character that I didn't even know what I wanted to happen or how the story should end.

The Story:
Sylvie's love of her life went missing four years ago and she still can't seem to forget him. She loves him so much it hurts. Even though she tried to move on with her husband Silas and her son Levi, Sylvie always hoped to find Jeremy. But after all these years, she finally has to accept that he is gone.

When Jeremy wakes up in a hospital bed after being in a coma for four years his first thoughts are about Sylvie. He loves her with all his heart and even though his parents don't accept her, he intended to make her his wife. When he learns from his brother that she married Silas he can't believe that she moved on but this doesn't hold him back from getting his family back.

Thoughts:
When I started reading this book, I really rooted for Jeremy because he was Sylvie's love of her life and they had a kid together. I didn't like Silas at first because I thought he's a bit of an aggressive guy and who knows what he could have done. My thoughts were running wild let me tell ya, though after a few chapters I felt so bad for him. He obviously loved Sylvie and Levi. Silas knew how much Sylvie loved Jeremy and he still did everything for her. He seemed so caring and sweet and I felt so sad for him that he was always just on second place for Sylvie.

I am a happily ever after kinda girl and in this story there was for me no way for a HEA. No matter how hard I was thinking about all kinds of possibilities for the story to end, I couldn't really come up with an idea to really satisfy me. But Sophia Scarlet came really close and I loved how this story turned out. I cried, screamed and smiled throughout this book a lot. Let me tell you that this is a story that will make you doubt your own thoughts and make you happy to not be in Sylvie's position.

This is a must-read! Go grab your copy and start reading! Now! =P
